Japanese cuisine with a very original (and very tasty) section of uramaki which, together with traditional raw fish, reinterpret sushi through the inclusion of some typical ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine (cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, spicy oil, ..). The quality of each dish, starting from the selection of raw materials as well as the presentation and service, is very high. The environment, with warm and comfortable tones, is very linear, clean and well-kept, as in the best Japanese tradition. Prices are commensurate with the experience as a whole; perhaps it goes without saying, but forget AYCE formulas and gargantuan trays. This is a Restaurant with a capital R. Personally, I found a very valid alternative to the most well-known and "historic" places in the Milan area, even at the cost of traveling a few more kilometers. Highly recommended.

The combination with the salmon tartare made everything delicious and the sauces gave that extra touch to the dish! Simply perfect and super balanced in taste!🤤 If you are instead looking for an innovative tartare, made with fresh and quality ingredients, the Amaebi Lime tartare will surely drive you crazy!😍 What is it about? Prawn tartare flavored with ponzu sauce, EVO oil and lime zest, all garnished with delicious tobiko (flying fish roe)🤤 The taste of this tartare is delicate but strong at the same time, thanks to the lime and tobiko. The sesame seeds give that crunchy note that makes everything more special!😝 Not to mention the plating, didn't you get hungry just looking at this fantastic dish?🫠 Really recommended if you want to try something innovative and delicious, while still remaining "light", so you can enjoy some other Japo goodness😜 Seeing is believing!🫶🏻 You absolutely must try it, at the restaurant or why not, even takeaway!🫶🏻
